    The “Semi-shipped” status of the order indicates that the order has been released and the shipping process initiated. One part of the order has already been sent, the second part is still processing and will be shipped out within 1-3 days.

    Do the orders have a tracking number that provides tracking info?

    Most of the parcels have a tracking number; however, the tracking number does not provide a step-by- step information about the order in transit.     If my package is late, how much do I have to wait before contacting you?
